Hi, I’m Thema

I’m a licensed mental health counselor, mindset coach, Reiki Adept, Teacher and Practitioner, and a former rapper who knows what it means to perform strength while quietly coming undone. My work is rooted in a decolonized practice and centers supporting Black and Brown people, specifically women and femmes.   


How to Radically Soften began as something I needed for myself and it’s the offering I wish had existed when I was burnt out, armored up, and disconnected from my own soft and tender spaces.

And so, I built it.

I built it for those who are used to being the one everyone counts on, those who rarely get to put the weight down, and those who’ve mastered holding it together.
